Description of contentAmputation set, ca1890-1897. Set consists of four knives and five other instruments in a velvet-lined wooden box. This set belonged to John Pendergrass, M.D. [b1870?-d1950?]. Dr. Pendergrass was a native of Franklin County, Arkansas but practiced medicine in Texas.
