	Alan Garner Cazort, M.D. Title Alan Garner Cazort, M.D. Description of content Dr. Alan Garner Cazort (1900-1986) was a 1928 graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Medicine and served on the faculty from 1930 until 1976. Born in Lamar, Arkansas, Dr. Cazort earned his undergraduate degree from Hendrix College in Conway in 1922. In 1930, he established the Arkansas Allergy Clinic in Little Rock (which is still in operation). Based on his own research of allergies and asthma, Dr. Cazort prepared his own therapeutic treatments and wrote numerous articles on the subject.
